Team Registration
Price $5,000 (includes GST) before March 13. After March 13 $5,250 (includes GST) . Teams must submit their roster at the beginning of the season. Maximum 18 players can be submitted. Teams must wear the same jersey or a jersey with no logo and of the same colour. Jersey colours are secured on a first come first serve basis.
Cancellation Policy: Full funds are due April 18,2016.
Specify your jersey/size in the notes. Jersey/sizes entered after April 1 cannot be guaranteed.
You may select Cash/Cheque option at checkout to pay in payments. This deposit is non-refundable
