Individual Registration
Price $365(includes GST) for players with a hockeytourney reversible jersey. $425 (includes GST) for players who need to purchase a jersey. Individual registrants must purchase a jersey if they do not own one. Each team may have up to 15 players plus a goalie on their roster.
Cancellation Policy: Full funds are due April 18,2016. Refunds as hockey tourney credit.
Specify your jersey/size in the notes please. Jersey/sizes entered after April 1 cannot be guaranteed.
